The 2026 Amazon Global Selling China Seller Conference will take place from Dec 15 to 17 in Xiamen, Fujian province. The event is expected to gather more than 10,000 industry experts, service providers, and cross-border e-commerce enterprises.

The summit reflects Fujian province's broader efforts to develop its cross-border e-commerce sector. Local authorities have introduced measures to improve tax, talent, and logistics services, establishing a trade coordination mechanism and a research group focused on new business models.

The Fujian Provincial Department of Commerce, together with tax, customs, and foreign exchange officials, conducted over 20 policy briefings for more than 1,500 companies. It also launched a digital service platform and pilot programs for tax compliance in Fuzhou, Xiamen, and Quanzhou, covering more than 300 enterprises and recording over 2 million registered invoices.

Additionally, Fujian strengthened strategic partnerships with platforms including Amazon, Douyin, and JD.com, holding over 20 outreach events in manufacturing hubs. This year, the province added over 8,000 newly registered cross-border e-commerce entities.

The province added more than 600,000 square meters of overseas warehouse space. From January to August, cross-border e-commerce exports through overseas warehouses increased more than ninefold year-on-year. With customs supervision sites in Sanming and Zhangzhou now in operation, all prefecture-level cities in the province are under customs supervision.
