The headquarters of the BRICS Partnership on New Industrial Revolution (PartNIR) Innovation Center has launched the Indonesia node of its "BRICS+" outbound services platform, which is designed to provide resident companies with more structured and comprehensive support for overseas expansion.

Located in Huli district, Xiamen, the headquarters focus on four priority sectors — technology, culture, trade, and modern services — with the aim of cultivating a high-end industrial ecosystem.

The outbound services platform is designed to serve as a principal gateway for Chinese companies expanding overseas and for foreign-invested firms establishing operations in China. It comprises two main components: an overseas collaboration network and a comprehensive industrial service system.

The collaboration network extends across more than 100 countries and regions, linking over 90 overseas institutions. The services system offers end-to-end support, spanning research and preparation, implementation and localization, and ongoing operations and optimization.

The platform performs four core functions, including international legal services, a trade-settlement system, integrated cross-border customs and tax services, and more than 10 overseas industrial parks, offering support in policy, facilities, talent, and financing.
