From visions of space exploration and scenes of hometown landscapes to magnified details of flowers and plants, artworks created by children from across the country are now on display at the Nanping Art Museum and Pucheng Art Museum in northern Fujian province.

Organized by the China Artists Association, the two shows not only celebrate children's artistic creativity but also respond to growing public awareness of the vital role fine art can play in the mental well-being of children and teenagers.

Members of the organizing committee say they hope adults — especially parents — will recognize the importance of discovering and nurturing children's interest in art alongside academic learning. Such encouragement, they note, can expand young people's imagination, cultivate creativity, and enrich their hearts and minds.
