Peanut soup(花生汤, Hua Sheng Tang)
The peanut soup is a traditional dessert originating from Quanzhou, Southeast Fujian province. Composed of peanuts and eggs and seasoned with sugar, the dish gains the popularity for its sweet and refreshing taste.
